Defective or Damaged Items:

ü  If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt.

ü  We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

ü  We may ask for photos or videos to support your claim of damage or defect.

 

Refunds:

ü  Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements.

ü  If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

ü  If you paid with cash on delivery (COD), we will issue a refund via bank transfer.

Refund Policy:
